To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on the water, all renters must agree to the following conditions:
- Age Requirement: The primary renter and driver must be at least 21 years of age.
- Identification: A valid physical car driving license must be presented at the time of rental.
- Language Proficiency: For safety and communication during the briefing, the driver must be able to speak and understand English fluently.
- Physical Health: For the safety of all passengers, the driver must not suffer from any medical conditions that may cause seizures or uncontrollable movements (e.g., epilepsy).
- Swimming Ability: It is a mandatory safety requirement that all passengers on board know how to swim.
- Sober Navigation: We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding safety. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on board. Any driver found under the influence will have their rental terminated immediately without a refund.
- Safety Compliance: All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the Rodos Boats team and adhere to local maritime regulations at all times.
