Fantastic from start to finish! We were let down by another company and managed to get booked with Rodos Boats. Communication was fast, clear and they were super helpful. Transfer from hotel was easy to organise and the team were all really friendly and helpful. No hidden costs as everything (fuel and insurance) were included in the price. We had a great day on the water and they provided a handy Google map to help us navigate and find points on interest. It was a bit windy in the North so we took their advice and headed south, found some quiet bays to enjoy lunch and the snorkelling was great too! This feels like a family run business that is professional, kind and courteous! They clearly put the customer first and id recommend them all day long!
What an amazing experience!!! Everything from booking to finish was so easy. Even arranged collection and drop off. Explanation of everything is given in detail making it such an amazing experience definitely recommend this to anyone! Some really nice personal touches and was super friendly over all. A must-do activity. We did a 4-hour rental which was a perfect amount of time. Collected from hotel, briefing on the boat and kit was really thorough. Cool box with ice for our drinks. Went round to a few secluded stops to drop anchor, using their google map which is really handy to show where to go. Lots of swim and snorkel stops, kids absolutely loved it. Good price, high quality boats. Hire is next to Vammos Beach Bar which was perfect for an ice cold beer at the end.
We hired a boat while on holiday in Rhodes- this was definitely the highlight of our trip! Antonio is extremely knowledgable, explaining everything to us before we set off, making us feel very safe/in control the whole time. We saw some beautiful places during our 4 hours out at sea. Antonio arranged for us to be collected and dropped off to our hotel (close by) and later that day when we realised one of our party had left their sunglasses on board, Antonio dropped them back to our hotel. Amazing customer service, highly recommend, will definitely use again next time we’re in Rhodes.
Everything was absolutely great! Communication was smooth and fast. We reserved the boat the same morning for the afternoon, so there was no waiting. When we arrived, everything was explained clearly, including helpful recommendations on places to visit. I even forgot my shorts on the boat, and they were kind enough to bring them back to my hotel without asking for anything in return. The price was also very reasonable for the time we spent on the boat. And as a nice bonus, you even get a little souvenir at the end! Definitely recommend!
